Therapeutic and relaxing, Indian head massage is effective in treatment of stress-related ailments like migraines and headaches, sinus problems and by releasing stress and tension held in the head, neck and shoulders.

Reiki Healing is an ancient Japanese therapy that uses Universal Lifeforce Energy to promote emotional, physical and mental well-being.
The treatment is performed fully clothed lying down.
Using “hands on healing”, the powerful flow of Universal Life Force Energy is transferred through the palms and into the client in order to encourage emotional and physical healing. This powerful flow of positive energy balances certain energy points within the body.
Reiki energies have a high and healthy frequency and potency.
As a practitioner, I have undergone an attunement process in order to effectively channel the universal Reiki energies.
I attained my first degree in reiki in July 2003 and my second degree in reiki healing in May 2004.
